Thai Chilli Tempeh Thins
Sourdough Bread Slices
Lettuce Leaves
Tomato Slices
Mayonnaise
Butter/ Oil
Method
Heat Thai Chilli Tempeh Thins on a pan with 1 tbsp of oil (medium flame) for 90 seconds on each side. Or even more if you like them crispy. Keep aside.
Apply some butter and toast your sourdough bread to your desired level of crispiness.
Spread mayonnaise on one side of each bread slice.
Layer the lettuce leaves on top of the mayonnaise and arrange tomato slices evenly on the lettuce.
Place the pre-marinated Tempeh Thins on top of the tomato slices. Close the sandwich with the remaining bread slice.
Cut the sandwich in half and enjoy!
Tip: For extra flavor, consider adding a slice of avocado or a drizzle of your favorite sauce.
