Preparation
The pineapple salsa: In a bowl, mix chopped pineapple, green chilli, fresh coriander, chopped onion, lemon juice, chilli powder, cumin powder, and salt to taste. Set aside.
Prep: In a well-oiled pan, heat Tangy Thai Tempeh Thins for 90 seconds on each side. Set aside.
Slice the slider buns in half, apply some butter, and sear them on the pan.
Assemble
Spread a generous layer of tandoori mayonnaise on the buns. Add a layer of chopped lettuce, 2 onion rings, and 2 Tangy Thai Tempeh Thins. Top with a spoonful of pineapple salsa and a slice of cheese. Close the bun and enjoy!
