Ingredients
Simply Sriracha Tempeh Cubes
Romaine lettuce, rinsed and dried
Shaved carrot
Light soya sauce
Fresh red chilli chopped
White til
Lemon
Sugar
Crushed pepper
Spring onion chopped
Recipe
Sautee the Sriracha tempeh cubes with some oil for 4-5 mins and set aside.
In a bowl, add light soya, chopped chilli, crushed pepper, white sesame sugar and mix well.
Lay lettuce leaves on a flat surface and fill with shaved carrot and sauteed Sriracha Tempeh.
Drizzle with soya sauce dressing and sprinkle with white til.
Garnish with lemon and spring onion.
