Ingredients
Natural Tempayy Cubes
Sliced Onions
Sliced coloured peppers
Jeera powder
Cubed onion
Chat Masala
Kashmiri Chilli Powder
Tomato Ketchup
Salt
Oil
Fresh Corriander
Ginger garlic paste
Curd
Kasuri methi
Chapathi/ Indian bread of choice
Filling
Marinate the Natural Tempayy Cubes with turmeric powder, Kashmiri chilli powder, ginger garlic paste, curd and salt.
Sautee the marinated cubes for 5-6 mins and keep aside.
Heat some oil in a pan and sautee the sliced onions till transclucent.
Add the peppers and the sauteed Tempayy cubes and cook for 4-5 mins.
Add the jeera powder, chat masala, tomato ketchup, cashew paste, fresh corriander and salt. Stir well for a few minutes. Keep aside.
Roll
Layer the roti with the sauteed cubes and the filling.
Roll the roti, cut into two and serve with mint chutney.
