Boiled Potato Mashed
Channa Powder
Garam Masala Powder
Cooking:
Heat some oil in a pan.
Once heated, add jeera, onion, garlic and let it cook till translucent.
Add chopped carrot and beans, mix it well. Add minced Tempayy with jeera powder, crushed fennel powder, chilli powder and cook till turns golden brown (4-5 min).
Add boiled potato mashed and cook for 1-2 mins till both mix well.
Add Channa powder, salt to taste and toss well. Finish it with chopped coriander and leave it to cool.
Shape it in round tikkis.
Add oil in another pan and cook shaped Tikki to sear it.
Kathi Roll
Layer the roti with mint chutney, sauteed Tempayy cubes filling.
Roll the roti, cut into two and serve with mint chutney.
